Klamath Tribal Wellness Center (Chiloquin)
The Klamath Tribes Wellness Center (outpatient clinic) offers a comprehensive range of medical, dental, and pharmaceutical services including diagnosis and treatment of illness or injury, diabetes prevention, preventative care, including well-child care, periodic checkups, routine immunization, and appropriate referrals to private medical care providers. Primary care is provided by a physician, registered clinical nurses, and other professional personnel.
Hours of operation: Monday: 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Tuesday: 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Wednesday: 1:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Friday 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
